The Cottage features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a pull-out sofa, comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests. 1. NO SMOKING: Absolutely no smoking inside or under the covered porch. Cigarette butts may be disposed of in the campfire ring or garbage.

3. Property Bounds: Please be respectful of our property and our neighbors. Our grounds include the front yard from the Cottage to the Guesthouse. If you have booked the entire estate (both rental houses), please enjoy the walking path down to the beach. The walking path is designated with yellow arrows.
4. Pet Stays: Pets are welcome with prior consent and pet fee. Please keep pets off furniture and crate if left unattended. Pets must be leashed outside, and all refuse properly disposed of.
5. Parking: There is space for three parked cars in our gravel parking area. Please do not park in the grass.
6. Food/Beverages: Items are permitted in the kitchen and dining area ONLY.
7. Campfires: A Campfire ring is provided for your enjoyment, please use responsibly. Wood may be gathered from the woods near the walking path.
8. Grill: Please clean the grill and utensils after each use and ensure the grill is turned off when done.
9. Laundry: Washer and Dryer are for guest use; we have provided detergent pods for your convenience.
10. Septic: Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper!
11. Check-out: Check out time is 10:00 am, unless late check out has been requested and approved. Please wash all kitchen glassware, pans, plates, utensils, etc. Please leave the Cottage as neat and clean as possible at check out.
12. Garbage/Recycling: Please bag all garbage/recycling and place in the Garbage Bin.
13. Removal, alteration, or relocation of any furniture inside or outside is not permitted.
14. Linens: Towels and linens are not changed daily, please re-use your towels for the duration of your stay. Towels may be left on the bathroom floor at check out.
15. Fire Extinguisher/First Aid: The fire extinguisher is mounted in the kitchen room. The first aid kit is below the sink.
