swimming at dark, no using water toys at dark. You accept full
responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming, hiking and
use of the kayaks/paddleboard/peddleboat and hold owner harmless. You
understand there are potential dangers that swimming, hiking and the
use of kayaks/paddleboard/peddleboat may present to children who are
not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person
swimming, hiking or using the kayaks/paddleboard/peddleboat if a
person has health risks, or if a person swims, hikes or uses the
kayaks while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or
while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any
accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and
agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the
consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim
whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from
swimming, hiking or using the kayaks/paddleboard/peddleboat. All
Guests acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this
waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a
binding and enforceable contract between Guests and Host.

3. 🏠 A Few Friendly Guidelines for Your Stay
1. Check-in & Check-out – Check-in is after 4 PM; check-out is by 10 AM. Let us know if you need flexibility.
2. Respect the Space – Treat our home like your own, but please be mindful of the home and its belongings-treat furniture, appliances, and personal items with care!
3. Noise & Neighbors – Enjoy your stay but be sensitive to neighbors and keep noise at reasonable levels, especially after 10 PM. Neighbors have the right of way through the shared driveway. Please take it slow down the hill watching for cars, people and dogs. Please don’t ride the bikes down the driveway hill.
4. Smoking & Pets – No smoking indoors, please no pets on the furniture, and do not leave pets unattended in the home.
5. Safety & Security – Lock doors and windows when you leave. Don’t tamper with safety equipment.
6. Garbage & Recycling – Please dispose of trash and recycling in the bins provided. If you’ve accumulated more than bins will allow, please reach out and we can certainly remove for you.

1. Safety First – Swim at your own risk, supervise children and non-swimmers, and please no diving from the docks. Life jackets are available—please use them as needed.
2. Respect the Water – Keep the lake clean: no littering, please!
3. Boats & Equipment – Life jackets must be always worn when using kayaks, paddle boards and row boats. It is recommended to stay within 100 yards of the shoreline when using these items. Treat any boats, kayaks, or fishing gear with care. Return them clean and in the same condition you found them.
4. Evening Safety – For your safety, please avoid swimming or using boats and other watercraft after dark.
5. Quiet Enjoyment – Enjoy the lake but keep noise reasonable to respect the neighbors.
6. Wildlife & Nature – Observe wildlife from a distance. Please don’t feed the animals.
7. Have Fun! – Relax, explore, and make great memories—just be mindful of safety.

• Use the fire pit only when supervised. Never leave a fire unattended.
• Keep children and pets at a safe distance.
• Firewood is provided—please only use it and avoid bringing other flammable materials.
• Fully extinguish the fire before leaving or going inside.
