Perfect for families or a group of friends, the 5 bedrooms and 3 baths can fit up to 10 guests. We are just 7 miles to Ithaca and 3 miles to Trumansburg, Taughannock Falls State Park, and New Park Event Center.

There is a large eat-in kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances, pots, pans, dishware, silverware and both a Keurig and drip coffee maker.

Living room has a large sectional couch with 3 recliners, and an additional couch, large television (fire stick), and sliding glass doors opening to a covered deck with a grill, gas fire pit, picnic table and seating.

There are 3 bedrooms on the main level of the house and two bathrooms. Downstairs you will find 2 more bedrooms, a full bathroom, gaming room (ping-pong, darts board games), elliptical, additional fridge/freezer and seating area (Great for kids!).
