1. NO SMOKING: Absolutely no smoking inside or near open windows. Cigarette butts may be disposed of in the outside garbage.
2. WiFi: Posted in the Kitchen.
3. Parking: Please park on the concreate parking area to leave the driveway open for occasional farm equipment access.
4. Trash and Recycling: Please dispose of your garbage and recycling in the receptacles in the driveway.
5. Heating and Cooling:
a. Heat: Adjust the thermostats with remote.
b. Fireplace: Use the remote to turn on and adjust. Please turn off when not in room.
c. Cooling: Adjust the thermostats with remote.
6. Food/Beverages: Food items are permitted in the kitchen and dining area ONLY.
7. Property Bounds: You have complete and private access to the front yard, back patio. Please do not go near the barn and gravel area at the back of the house.
8. Campfires: Campfire rings are provided for your enjoyment, please use responsibly.
9. Grill: Please clean the grill and utensils after each use and ensure the grill is turned off when done. Grill will be available for summer months only.
10. Check-out: Check out time is 10:00 am, unless late check out has been requested and approved. Please start the dishwasher before you depart.
11. Removal, alteration, or relocation of any furniture inside or outside is not permitted.
12. Linens: Towels and linens will be provided at the beginning of your stay only. Towels and linens are not changed daily, please re-use your towels for the duration of your stay. Towels may be left on the bathroom floor at check out.
13. Fire Extinguisher/First Aid: The fire extinguisher is under the kitchen sink. The first aid kit in in the cupboard of the downstairs bathroom
14. Laundry: Washer and Dryer are available for your use in the downstairs bedroom.
