1. NO SMOKING: Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside or under the covered porch. Cigarette butts may be disposed of in the Dumpster.
2. WiFi: FLX Rentals- Guest Password: none
3. Property Bounds: Please be respectful of our property and neighbors. You have complete, private access to enjoy the whole house, fenced horse area and surrounding lawn. Please do not access the red shed closet to the house.
4. Food/Beverages: Items are permitted in the kitchen and dining area ONLY.
5. Grill: Please clean the grill and utensils after each use and ensure the grill is turned off when done. Utensils are located in the silverware drawer.
6. Check-out: Check out time is 11:00 am, unless late check out has been requested and approved. Please start the dishwasher upon departure and leave any wet towels in the bathroom.
7. Garbage/Recycling: Please bag all garbage/recycling and place in Dumpster.
8. Patio: Due to the windy conditions, cushions are kept in the laundry room closet. Please bring back inside when you are finished so they don’t blow away.
9. Fireplace: To turn on the fireplace, please use the remote on the wall. Press the power button and then adjust as needed.
10. Removal, alteration, or relocation of any furniture inside or outside is not permitted.
11. Pet Stays: Pets are allowed with prior consent and pet fee. Please keep pets off furniture and crate if left unattended. Pets must be leashed outside, and all refuse properly disposed of. There are towels in the laundry room to dry off wet feet.
12. Linens: Towels and linens are not changed daily, please re-use your towels for the duration of your stay. Towels may be left on the bathroom floor at check out.
13. Fire Extinguisher/First Aid: The fire extinguisher and first aid kit are under the kitchen sink.
14. Emergency: In case of emergency please dial 911. The local hospital is:

15. Heating/Cooling: Adjust the wall units using the mounted remotes. Ensure that the remote is pointing at the unit and you should hear a beep when you adjust.
