1. NO SMOKING: Absolutely no smoking inside or under the covered porch. Cigarette butts may be disposed of in the campfire ring or outside garbage.
2. WiFi: FLX Rentals Guest Password: no password
3. Parking: Please park in the driveway, you may turn around in the grass up to the row of shrubs, but please do not drive or park in any other areas.
4. Drinking Water: The water is drinkable; you may also use the filtered water in the fridge dispenser.
5. Trash and Recycling: Please dispose of your garbage and recycling in the receptacle at the end of the driveway.
6. Heating: There are two thermostats to control the heat, one downstairs by the bathroom that controls the first-floor heat and one upstairs in the primary bedroom that controls the second-floor heat
Cooling: Please use the window units.
7. Food/Beverages: Items are permitted in the kitchen and dining areas ONLY.
8. Property Bounds: Our lawn goes from the shrubs on the lake side, up to the twin trees on the East side of the House. Please respect our neighbor’s property lines and privacy.
9. Campfire: A campfire ring is provided for your enjoyment, please use responsibly.
10. Grill: Please clean the grill and utensils after each use and ensure the grill is turned off when done.
11. Laundry: The washer and dryer are located in the downstairs bathroom for your convenience.
12. Check-out: Check out time is 11:00 am, unless late check out has been requested and approved. Please start the dishwasher and a load of towels before you depart.
13. Removal, alteration, or relocation of any furniture inside or outside is not permitted.
14. Linens: Towels and linens are not changed daily, please re-use your towels for the duration of your stay.
15. Fire Extinguisher/First Aid: The fire extinguisher and first aid kit are located under the kitchen sink.
