3. Property Bounds: Please be respectful of our property and neighbors. You have complete, private access to enjoy the whole house, fenced in back yard and driveway area.
4. Food/Beverages: Items are permitted in the kitchen and dining area ONLY.
5. Campfires: Campfire rings are provided for your enjoyment, please use responsibly.
6. Grill: Please clean the grill and utensils after each use and ensure the grill is turned off when done.
7. Check-out: Check out time is 11:00 am, unless late check out has been requested and approved. Please wash all kitchen glassware, pans, plates, utensils etc. Please leave the house as neat and clean as possible at check out.
8. Garbage/Recycling: Please bag all garbage/recycling and place in red Dumpster
9. Removal, alteration, or relocation of any furniture inside or outside is not permitted.
10. Pet Stays: Pets are allowed with prior consent and pet fee. Please keep pets off furniture and crate if left unattended. Pets must be leashed outside, and all refuse properly disposed of. Pet’s may be left off leash in the fenced in area, but please do inspect the fence prior to ensure the safety of your pet.
11. Linens: Towels and linens are not changed daily, please re-use your towels for the duration of your stay. Towels may be left on the bathroom floor at check out.
12. Fire Extinguisher/First Aid: The fire extinguisher and first aid kit are under the kitchen sink.
