Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable for accommodating them.
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.
★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

This home is located within an HOA and is subject to HOA rules and regulations; Quiet Hours from 10pm-8pm, No Parties, No street parking.

There is a Ring Security Camera at the front door. We respect the privacy of our guests and only check the camera if there is a concern.
★VIOLATION FEES★
Smoke Removal Fee: $600.
Violating our no party rule can result in immediate eviction without a refund and an additional $500 clean up fee

HOA Rules and Regulations:
-No conduct in the Home shall disturb others in the community. Loud music is prohibited.
-Quiet time is to be observed after 10:00 PM.
-No illegal conduct may take place in the community. Sparkling Devices (ground based or
handheld devices that produce a shower of colored sparks and/or a colored flame, audible
crackling or whistling noise and smoke) are permitted. All other types of consumer
fireworks (i.e. firecrackers, bottle rockets, roman candles, spinners, aerial devices) are illegal
statewide.
-Fires are permitted in designated fire pits only. Firewood must be purchased locally in
compliance with State law.
-Vehicles, including campers, boat trailers and motorcycles, are limited to the number of
paved parking spots on the property. Parking on the property lawn can be arranged with
the Owner but cannot exceed 48 hours.
-No street parking is permitted within the community. When visiting the Pavilion, beach or
boat launch areas, Renters must utilize the parking lot. The parking lot is not to be used for
overnight parking.
-No tents, campers, boats or motor homes may be used for sleeping by Renters.
~Common Property (Boat launch, Pavilion, Beach)~
-Arrangements to reserve the Pavilion and utilize the boat launch must be made with the
Owner prior to arrival. The boat launch is not to be used for overnight docking.
-SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. NO DIVING FROM DOCK OR RAFT.
-Children under the age of 14 are not allowed on the beach and boat launch without adult supervision. Swimming is
allowed in the boat launch and Pavilion/beach area only, and only with adult supervision.
-Anything carried into the common areas must be carried out. No glass containers are
allowed in the beach area.
-DO NOT THROW WASTE IN THE FIRE PIT OR PORTA JOHN.
-Watercraft and fishing are prohibited in the beach area from May to September.
-Swimmers in the boat launch area must leave the dock and water when a boat is docking or launching.
-Watercraft stored at the beach are owned by members of the HOA. They are not to be used
by Renters without the Owners’ permission.
